A three-way pot was brewing between Phil Ivey, Eddie Blumenthal and Joao Vieira. On sixth street, the action checked to Vieira, who put out a bet. Both of his opponents called and the last card was dealt face down.
This time, the action checked around. Vieira tabled J♥10♣4♠ for two pair, and it was enough to scoop the pot. The Portugese player has known a tremendous Day 2 so far and is playing over six starting stacks.
