Flop Three-Bet by Bray

Niveau 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action folded to a player in early position who raised to 300. The button called, the small blind called, and Barry Bray called from the big blind.

The K86 flop landed and the small blind checked. Bray opted to lead out for 600 and action was back on the preflop raiser. He went into the tank for a moment and eventually landed on a raise to 2,000. The button and small blind folded and action was back on Bray. After only a moment Bray three-bet the flop and put out 3,600. The early position player called.

The turn brought a 8 and Bray didn't slow down with a bet of 3,000 and his opponent called.

The 10 river landed and Bray led one more time for 6,000. His opponent looked to have a tough decision on their hands and eventually landed on a fold. Bray scooped and chipped up early.

The Tortoise and the Hari

Niveau 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Krishna Hari
Krishna Hari

Like in the fable, the hare starts fast but loses in the end. That's what happened at Krishna Hari's table.

According to all players, "there was a raise from a first player, a call by a second one, and a raise to 2,300 by a third one. The initial raiser called, the second player moved all in for 16,000, and the third player was the only one to call."

The at-risk player had KxQx suited against AxKx preflop, but didn't make it on the 7x6x2x10x4x board.

On the tortoise part, there is "Fear the turtle," a small red tortoise protecting Hari's cards. And like his lucky charm, he intends to be patient.

Still, he opened to 800 in early position and was called by a player in middle position and the big blind.

On 78Q, Hari continued, betting 1,500, but this time, only the big blind called. Both players checked on the turn 10 and on the river 6, the big blind took the lead with a bet of 3,500. Hari showed 33 and folded.

Patience.

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Action was opened under the gun to 700. A player in middle positon called and Mariana Gaspary called in late position.

The K105 flop hit the felt and action checked all the way through. The 9 turn landed and action checked to Gaspary who put out a wager of 1,200. Both of the other players called.

The river brought a J and action checked to Gaspary again. She took her time but eventually landed on a bet of 3,300. The other players both thought it over but eventually mucked.

Gaspary dragged the pot and added to a healthy stack early in Day 1.

Dimitriadis Sends a Player to The Rail

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

According to the table, "there was an open in early position to 900 by George Dimitriadis, and a few players called, making it a 6-way pot."

On 24A, everybody checked to the button, who bet 1,800. Three players called and then checked again on the turn 7. The button continued for 5,200. However, Dimitriadis decided to raise all in to 27,900. The cutoff also shoved for 20,400 chips. Seeing that, the button had no choice but to fold.

Cutoff: K8
George Dimitriadis: A10

The cutoff was looking for a heart to make flush to double up. But a black card came on the river, the 7, sending him into the rail and sending the pot to Dimitriadis with his aces-up.
