Jared Koppel Eliminated in 14th Place ($12,257)
Niveau 25
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
With a sizeable pot already built by the 3♥7♦4♥ flop, Jared Koppel moved all in for a bit over 500,000. William Kopp called to put him at risk.
Jared Koppel: A♦4♣3♣2♦
William Kopp: A♣Q♣5♠3♦
Koppel was well ahead with two pair and the nut low, but there was one card that could be disastrous for him.
It was the 2♣, which came on the turn, filling Kopp's gutshot to a wheel. The A♥ on the river changed nothing, and Kopp's wheel drove Koppel right out of the tournament area, while solidifying his chip lead.
