Loeliger Coming Back to Life
Two hands in a row for Paulina Loeliger:
The first hand Loeliger raised all in with a very short stack of 1,700 in late position and the player in the hijack also went all in for 4,300 and the cutoff called both bets.
Paulina Loeliger: Q♦Q♥
Hijack Player: K♦10♦
Cutoff Player: A♥Q♠
The board came out 7♠3♠8♥4♠8♣ and the pair of queens held which gave Loeliger a much needed chip boost.
A few hands later Loeliger raised in early position and the small blind called.
The flop came down K♠4♣6♠ and Loeliger bet 700 and received a call.
Both players checked the A♠ on the turn.
Finally the river brought the 3♠ and the small blind took the lead and bet 2,000 and Loeliger called and held the 5♠A♣. The small blind flipped over 8♣4♥. Loeliger's pair of aces won the pot.
