Lynn Phan opened to 3,000 and got called by the player next to her and the big blind.
The flop revealed J♣7♣6♦ and it checked to Phan who continued for 10,000, only called by the big blind. The turn showed the 8♠ and after another check, Phan sent 15,000 in the middle. This time her opponent tanked, but still made the call.
The 9♥ landed on the river and the big blind fired 35,000. Phan snap-called all in for her last 20,400. The big blind tabled A♣J♠ for a pair of jacks but Phan flipped over A♦A♠ to claim the pot and the double up.
Action was on the flop K♦2♠5♠ in an already 10,000 chips pot.
Small blind checked as well as Tiffany Michelle in middle position.
They did the same on the turn 3♦.
On the river 6♣, Michelle fired a 9,000 bet and her opponent folded.
In a blind versus blind situation, Fatima Nanji raised to 3,000 and the big blind called.
On the flop J♣K♣A♠, Nanji check-called her opponent for 3,000. The 7♥ turn didn't bring any action and a 9♥ landed on the river. Nanji sent 7,500 in the middle and her opponent quickly called.
Nanji tabled A♥Q♦ for top pair with a queen kicker and her opponent mucked her hand, showing a A♦.
PokerNews heard some excitement coming from one table where Stephanie Wang had won an all-in pot and could not believe she won it. According to the players:
Stephanie Wang raised 2,500 from under the gun and a middle position player called and the button three-bet to 6,000 and it went three way to the flop
The flop came out 7♠2♠3♦ and Wang Jammed the flop for about 21,000 and the player in middle position folded and the button called for all of her chips.

Both players were drawing for the spade but Wang had the nut flush draw and the turn Q♠ gave Wang the best hand. The river A♣ was irrelevant to the hand and the button was sent packing.
When asked which flag Wang wanted on her profile she stated, "I live in Puerto Rico and right now I am the number one player in Puerto Rico". The ladies at the table all laughed.
The board 5♦K♠7♣8♦7♥ was already dealt and the cards tabled, with Cathy Schenone holding A♣A♥ versus A♠8♠ for her opponent, who was all in and at risk for her remaining stack worth less than 20,000. The pot was sent to Schenone who busted her opponent in the process.
All the chips were already in the middle between Bernice McLennan, holding A♣K♦, and her opponent who was covered and held A♠J♦.
The board didn't bring any surprise with 3♥Q♣9♣5♥5♣ and McLennan took down the pot to bust her opponent.
