Three-Way Pot for Arthur

Niveau 17 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Chrysi Phiniotis raised to 17,000 in early position and picked up calls from Jill Gritsch in the cutoff and Karen Arthur in the big blind.

The trio checked throughout the board 105K4 and a J landed on the river. After a last check from Arthur, Phiniotis bet 22,000 and both Gritsch and Arthur called.

Phiniotis tabled 74 while Gritsch showed AJ for a pair of jacks before Arthur tabled JJ for a set to claim the pot.

Kilroy Busts on the River

All the chips went in the middle preflop between Kimberley Kilroy, at risk and holding 33, and Galya Zhekova, who had her covered and was holding A10.

Kilroy had good hopes for a double up as the board first showed 8K89. However a 10 hit the river to give a better pair to Zhekova and send Kilroy to the payout desk.

Ngata Took Some Chips From the Millionaire

Mary Dvorkin raised to 60,000 from the hijack position and the big blind, Aroha Ngata called.

The flop came 6A5 and Dvorkin kept up the aggression by betting 35,000 and Ngata made the call.

The turn 8 and the river 4 were both checked through and Dvorkin showed A9 and Ngata had AJ and the kicker played.

Dvorkin rapped the table and said, "Good hand".

The board already showed J6A7A in a heads-up pot when Lindsey McDougall checked. Maria Lampropulos thought about her move for some time and sent a bet worth 65,000. McDougall didn't take long to fold.

In a three-way raised pot, the flop showed 877 when Eunji Park checked in the small blind to Audrey Verlomme who shoved for her last 35,000. Lisa Roberts, on the button, made the call and Park let it go:

Verlomme had hit two pair and improved her hand when the rest of the board showed 5Q to come back to a stack worth 105,000.

However, she was seen leaving the tournament's are just a few moments after that double up.

Small Double Up for Balzano

Pamela Balzano was at risk for a short stack worth around 35,000 and against Chiori Gannon who had made the call:

Park's Big Slick Holds

Eunji Park raised from early position to 16,000 and Daris Justice three-bet to 56,000 from late position. Park was deliberate in her actions and called.

The flop arrived with Q210 and after it was checked to her Justice bet 38,000 and Park called.

Justice received the green light again on the checked turn A and made a bet of 58,000 and Park called.

Justice gave up on the river 3 and both players checked. Park turned over AK with a pair of aces and Justice mucked.
