Cain Keeps Climbing

Niveau 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Tara Cain opened to 50,000 and got called by Kristie Ogilvie in the big blind to go see a flop A88 and Ogilivie led out for 55,000. Cain made the call.

The turn fell the K and Ogilivie continued to bet for 75,000. After a minute, Cain called once more.

The river revealed the J and Ogilivie sent a third barrel for 100,000. Cain raised it to 300,000, putting Ogilivie into a decision. Ogilivie ended up calling, but only to muck when Cain tabled A9 for the nut flush.

Spagnuolo Defends her Blind

Suzanne Malavet raised from the button to 50,000 and Marguerite Spagnuolo called from the big blind.

The flop came down 2K7 and Malavet placed a continuation bet of 60,000 and Spagnuolo called.

Both players checked the turn J.

The river J is where Spagnuolo made a move and bet 45,000 and Malavet called and mucked as Spagnuolo turned over A2 for two pair.
