"I Had the Ten of Hearts," player explains as Mathews Takes the Pot
Niveau 13
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Action was caught after the flop and turn of J♥8♥7♥K♥, and all three players checked both streets.
The river was the 9♥, while two players quickly checked. Graham Mathews fired for 25,000 from the cutoff, and both other players folded their hands.
Mathews showed the 10♣ to scoop the pot. Another player, who folded, stated that they "had the 10♥" for the straight flush.
