Lonis Pulls Further Ahead With a Flush
Niveau 28
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Jesse Lonis limped the button and Tyler Smith raised to 1,500,000 for Lonis to call. On the Q♦6♠3♠ flop, Smith continued for 900,000 and the call of Lonis followed.
Both opted to check the 9♠ turn and the J♦ river completed the board. Smith bet 1,000,000 and Lonis verified the bet sizing before he called. While Smith sorted his cards to show what he had, Lonis announced "I have a flush" and tabled his J♠8♥4♦2♠.
The cards of Smith were never revealed but he tossed them into the muck as Lonis pulled even further ahead.
