The under-the-gun player raised to 1,000 and got called by Brian Fortelka in early position and PokerNews' own Mike Patrick in the big blind leading to a A♦Q♠3♥ flop.
Patrick checked and the player under the gun continued with a bet of 900 with Fortelka calling behind.
Patrick came in for a check-raise to 3,100 and both other players called to see the 6♠ turn.
Patrick led into his two opponents and the player under the gun folded with Fortelka calling to see the river come the 10♦.
Patrick led again, this time for 6,500. Fortelka wasn't done building the pot, though, and put out a raise to 17,000.
Patrick folded and Fortelka showed Q♦Q♥ to show he wasn't messing around as he pulled in a good sized pot early.
