Ida Gets Max Value
Niveau 19
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Toru Ida limped from early position and saw a late-position player raise to 40,000. The big blind called and Ida did as well to bring out the J♠4♦5♠ flop.
All three players checked through on the flop to bring the 2♣ out on the turn.
The big blind led out with a bet of 60,000 with Ida calling and the late-position player folding, prompting the dealer to put the J♥ out on the river.
The big blind checked over to Ida who counted out a bet of 80,000. The big blind check-jammed and Ida quickly called and turned over the 5♥5♦ for jacks full.
The big blind showed J♦7♥ before tossing his cards into the muck and counting out chips to send in Ida's direction.
