Wattel Doubles Through Abrams

Josh Noy

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Mike Wattel three-bet to 7,000 and found a call from Scott Abrams while the rest of the table folded.

Wattel continued for 18,000 on the 8♠4♣J♥ flop, calling the rest of his stack once Abrams raised.

Mike Wattel: A♥A♦9♥3♥
Scott Abrams: A♣9♣8♣2♦

Wattel's aces turned into top two pair on the J♦ turn, improving to a full house on the A♠ river while blocking Abrams' low draw to double up.
