Avila Shoves to Force a Fold
Niveau 14
: Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante
Mauro Avila opened preflop by raising to 11,000 under the gun. The cutoff and the big blind called.
The flop came 4♣4♠J♣. With action checked to him, Avila took several moments before betting 10,000. The cutoff made the call, with the player in the big blind moving out of the way.
The Q♦ arrived on the turn. Avila moved all in. His opponent asked for a count. The dealer obliged, noting that the bet stood at 49,000. Avila didn't have to sweat a river, as his opponent folded.
