Steven Jones raised to 900,000 in the cutoff and was called by Daniel Holzner in the big blind.
The flop came K♥8♠7♦ and Holzner check-called for 800,000. Both headed to the A♠ turn on which Holzner check-folded to a larger barrel of 2,100,000.
On a later hand, Andrey Pateychuk made it 800,000 to go and Ryan Tamanini defended his big blind. Tamanini check-called for 400,000 on the 6♦5♥3♠ flop before the 3♦ turn was checked. He then carefully counted his stack and bet 1,900,000 on the 8♠ river, Pateychuk snap-folded.
One more hand was to be played on the outer table and that one saw an open shove by Daniel Scroggins from under the gun, which won the blinds and big blind ante.
