Ilia Krupin Eliminated in 23rd Place ($20,309)
Niveau 18
: Limits 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Ilia Krupin got all his chips in on the turn on a board of 6♥7♠10♦J♠ with Paul Zappulla and John Hennigan making the call to put him at risk.
The river came the Q♥. After Hennigan bet and Zappulla folded the cards were revealed.
Ilia Krupin: A♦9♠8♠3♣
John Hennigan: A♥K♥J♦2♦
Krupin had the nuts with his jack-high straight and a spade flush redraw, but the river was one of very few cards that could beat him. Hennigan took down the pot with a Broadway straight and eliminated Krupin.
