Ye Catches Matusow Speeding

Niveau 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Siejie Ye opened to 800 from the hijack and picked up calls from Mike Matusow on the button and a player in the small blind.

The flop came AKQ. The small blind bet 2,000 and both Ye and Matusow made the call.

On the A turn action checked around to Matusow who bet 6,000. The small blind got out of the way before Ye moved all in.

"I was bluffing," Matusow announced before his hand hit the muck and Ye took down a nice pot without showdown.

Holley Gets a Big Pot; Busts Weisman and Dents Rodrigues

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
John Holley
John Holley

John Holley just dragged in a pot worth around 83,000, which also saw Dylan Weisman bust his first bullet. The table recapped the action.

Holley made it 800 from under the gun, with Weisman calling as the next player to act. The button, who had 900 behind, called. Michael Rodrigues popped it to 4,000 from the big blind, prompting Holley to shove for around 30,200. Weisman put in his stack of around 21,000, with the button chucking in his last 100 chip. Rodrigues called as the covering stack and the cards were tabled.

Button: Cards not caught All in
Dylan Weisman: A4Jx10x All in
John Holley: AA9x5 All in
Michael Rodrigues: Ax7x4x3x

The K96 board kept Holley's aces ahead, but Weisman was alive with the nut flush draw. The 10 turn confirmed that there would be no low ahead of the board completing 8 river.

Holley had the best hand with his aces and he almost tripled his stack, eliminating two players in the process.

Five players limped in and saw the 1084 flop. Action checked to Pot-Limit Omaha specialist Dylan Wiesman, and he bet 1,000 into a pot of 1,200 from the cutoff. The button and small blind called before the remaining two players got out of the way.

The small blind checked on the K turn, prompting Weisman to continue for another 4,200. The button jammed for around 14,000, folding out the small blind. Weisman snap-called and the cards went on their backs.

Button: KKQ9All in
Dylan Weisman: A588

Weisman flopped a set of eights, but the button turned a set of kings to have the advantage. Thankfully for Weisman, the 6 appeared on the river to give him a low and half the pot.

With three players seeing a board of 993 and 1,700 in the middle, a player in the small blind checked, Allen Kessler checked in the big blind and Greg Raymer bet 700 from the button. Both opponents made the call.

Raymer bet again for 2,500 when checked to on the 4 turn and was once again called by both opponents.

The 2 river brought a possible low. The small blind checked, Kessler made a pot-sized bet of 11,300 and both Raymer and the small blind opted to fold.
