The small blind was holding strong on the 10♥J♦7♥ flop and the 7♣ turn, but when the dealer placed the A♥ river card, Surgen scooped with a pair of aces and the small blind had to leave the table.
The small blind made a comment as they left the table, stating this was "the fourth time I've lost with kings."
