Parry Scores Big Double in Aces Vs Kings Hand

Kirk Brown

Niveau 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Grzegorz Derkowski had made it 205,000 to go when Parry re-raised him to 570,000, which left him around 150,000 behind.

After some inner debate, Derkowski moved all in to cover and Parry quickly called to put himself at risk.

Matthew Parry: A♦A♣Q♥6♣ All in
Grzegorz Derkowski: K♣K♥5♣3♥

Parry was in good shape with his superior pocket pair, and the runout of 7♠3♦J♠4♣8♦ kept it that way to score him the big double.
