Cary Katz opened from early position and Renan Bruschi defended in the big blind.
Action checked to Katz on the 3♦J♠J♦ flop and he continued, getting a call from Bruschi.
Both players checked through the K♣ turn to the 9♠ river where Bruschi took over the betting lead. Katz called but forcefully released his holding once he saw Bruschi's A♠K♥ to leave himself just above starting stack.
