Strelitz Bets his Two Pair on the River
Niveau 16
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Two-time bracelet winner Daniel Strelitz raised it up to 8,000 from early position and Maria Ho three-bet from late position to 16,000. Strelitz made the call. The flop was A♥5♦9♣ and Strelitz checked and Ho placed a continuation-bet of 20,000. Strelitz called.
Both players checked when a seemingly harmless 2♦ fell on the turn.
On the river Q♥, Strelitz bet out 24,000 and Ho went into the think tank, then made the call. Strelitz quickly flipped over A♣Q♦ for his two pair and Ho mucked.
