Bruschi Wins After a "Beyonce Pat"

Renan Bruschi raised in the hijack before Phil Ivey reraised on the button. Benny Glaser called in the big blind, as did Bruschi.

Glaser and Ivey drew one while Bruschi took two. All three players checked and drew one on the second draw.

Bruschi then bet and both opponents called. Glaser and Ivey took one, while Bruschi stood pat with an exaggerated flourish of his hand.

All three players checked and Bruschi showed a 9-7 to win the pot.

"That was a Beyonce pat," tablemate Philip Sternheimer said.
