His opponent went into the tank for almost a minute before he made the call to put Negreanu at risk.
Negreanu then tabled A♣K♣7♥3♥ for a big full house to beat the K♥Q♦10♠6♥ straight of his opponent to secure the double.
"Agh, let 'em know I played it badly, I just got lucky," Negreanu told PokerNews as he raked the pot.
