Buiko Spikes River In Massive Pot
Niveau 34
: Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Pot-Limit Omaha
On a heads-up flop of A♥3♠10♦, Olegs Buiko checked to Joseph Couden who bet 1,050,000. Buiko thought for a few seconds before he made the call, sending the two players to the turn 4♠.
Buiko checked again, Couden quickly announced he was all in, and Buiko called it off, putting himself at risk.
Olegs Buiko: K♣K♥Q♠6♠
Joseph Couden: A♦10♠7♣6♦
Couden was ahead with his top two-pair, but he still needed to fade a lot of outs from Buiko.
Unfortunately for Couden, the river was the J♣ to give Buiko the gutshot straight to win the huge pot for a big double.
