Blom and Lamonica Chip it Up

Niveau 4 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Nicholas Lamonica had fired out a pot-sized bet of 26,000 on the K7Q flop. His first opponent who was seated under the gun, agonized over the decision before eventually folding his hand. The second opponent was Viktor Blom, who moved all in for roughly 45,000. Lamonica made the call to put Blom at risk.

Rodrigues Survives, Oya Out

Niveau 4 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Michael Rodrigues in the hijack raised to 2,700 after an earlier limp and Brandon Ageloff called in the cutoff. Edward Jackson Spivack then made it 8,700 to go on and both Rodrigues and Ageloff called.

On the Q6A flop, Rodrigues led for the pot for what was virtually an all-in bet. Ageloff folded before JSpivack put the rest in. Rodrigues quickly called for his few remaining chips and the cards went on their backs.

Michael Rodrigues: A10642 All in
Edward Jackson Spivack: AQQJ2

Spivack had a big lead with his set of queens. The 10 did nothing for Rodrigues, but the 8 river saw him make a low to take half the pot.

Meanwhile, Masashi Oya's seat on this table was left vacant as he had been eliminated in an earlier hand.

Tyler Brown raised from the hijack. Steven Federspiel called on the button and Rishi Amin defended from the big blind.

The three players checked the Q89 flop to see the 2 come on the turn. Amin led out for 3,500 and got called by both opponents.

Amin slowed down and checked the 9 river to which Brown fired out for 5,200. This prompted two quick folds from Federspiel and Amin.
