With around 275,000 in the middle on a board of 735 , Joao Simao checked from under the gun and Josh Reichard put out a bet of 80,000. Simao called and they headed to the turn.

The 5 turn got checked through for the 8 to come on the river. Simao checked again and Reichard fired out a bet of 360,000. This sent Simao deep into the tank, thinking for almost two minutes. However, after picking up the calling chips he reluctantly folded his hand and forfeited the pot to Reichard.
