Gamble Getting Short

Niveau 27

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Nathan Gamble opened to 60,000 and got calls from Dylan Lambe and David Nepom.

The trio checked the J54 flop and 4 turn, with the 3 river checking to Nepom who bet 110,000. Gamble was the only caller.

"Wheel scoops," said Gamble as Nepom tabled A962 for a wheel and a six-high straight.

Hubbard Shows The Bluff

Niveau 27

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Zachary Hirst raised to 75,000 on the button and in the big blind, Stephen Hubbard called.

The flop of JQ5 saw both players check to the 10 turn where Hubbard checked over to Hirst who bet 100,000, getting a quick call.

On the Q river, Hubbard checked over to Hirst who bet 225,000. Hubbard potted all in and Hirst folded, prompting Hubbard to show KJ104 for just queens and jacks. Hirst shook his head as Hubbard raked in the pot.

Derek Raymond Eliminated in 17th Place ($7,543)

Big O

"Let's try something different," said Phil Hellmuth as he limped in from the hijack. Aleksey Filatov and Tim Seidensticker folded before Joshua Adcock made it 120,000 from the small blind. Derek Raymond put in his last 115,000 from the big blind, and Hellmuth called as well.

On the 1093 flop, Adcock bet 385,000 which sent Hellmuth into the tank for several minutes. Hellmuth eventually let his hand go and the cards were tabled.

Derek Raymond: A8655All in
Joshua Adcock: AA852

Raymond's flush draw was covered, and he was drawing nearly dead for both pots.

The 9 turn changed nothing, as did the 8 river.

Adcock's aces took the full pot, and Raymond's exit set up the two-table redraw.

Niveau 27

Omaha Hi-Lo

His chips were then soon back in the mix.

Hubbard bet on the 884 flop and Gamble put in the last of his chips for the cards to go on their backs.

Stephen Hubbard: AJJ2

The board ran out with the 6 turn and 7 river.

Hubbard's jacks took the high pot while both players shared the low pot as they both held ace-deuce.

Gamble's Shove Gets Through

Niveau 27

Nathan Gamble raised the pot to 105,000 from under the gun. Stephen Hubbard called. Gamble put the rest of his 115,000 chips in on the QJ10 and Hubbard had a decision to make.

"It's not the worst," said Hubbard.

"Give him the mediumest flop," said Gamble, with Hubbard eventually folding.

Shaun Deeb raised to 105,000 from the hijack and in the big blind, Dylan Lambe defended.

The flop rolled out 2109 and Lambe checked over to Deeb who bet 255,000. Lambe moved all in for 410,000 effective and Deeb winced and called to put the player at risk.
