Kornuth Put in the Blender
Niveau 3
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Andrew Lichtenberger opened to 10,000 from early position before Shaneil Stokes three-bet to 24,000 on the button. Chance Kornuth cold called in the big blind while Lichtenberger also came along for the ride.
Action checked to Stokes on the 4♣3♣8♦ flop and he continued for 30,000. Kornuth called while Lichtenberger got out of the way.
Kornuth led out 35,000 on the 6♣ turn but Stokes was not going anywhere, instead making the call.
The 8♠ river paired the board and saw Kornuth slow down, checking to Stokes, who bet 75,000. Kornuth took a long time to make a decision, burning through two time banks before opting to lay down his hand.
