Stokes Gets Counterfeited
Niveau 4
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
With a completed board of 8♠6♦2♦4♣4♠, Shaneil Stokes checked from the big blind to Chance Kornuth in the cutoff. Kornuth fired 100,000 chips into the pot of 140,000 and received an instant call.
Kornuth tabled 10♠10♦ for two pair, tens and fours. Stokes triumphantly tabled 8♥6♣ before quickly realizing that his flopped two pair was no longer good as Kornuth dragged in the pot.
