Bryce Yockey

With about 15,500 already in the middle, the completed board of Q103AQ was already on the felt.

Bryce Yockey was first to act and jammed for his last 14,000 and his opponent tank-called.

Yockey showed the nut flush as he rolled over his K1086 and his opponent mucked his hand.

Niveau 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A player in middle position raised to 3,000 preflop and was called by the player in the cutoff and Alex Massman from the button.

The flop came out 68K and when action was checked to him Massman announced "pot" and began asking for a count when both of his opponents quickly folded.

A quote from the table was that Massman is "very good at PLO."

Helppi Ascending

Niveau 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Picking up the action on the flop, Juha Helppi on the button was involved in a hand with a player in the cutoff as well as the big blind.

With the board reading 892 the big blind led out for 6,000. The cutoff called while Helppi, after some consideration, put in a raise to 16,000. That was enough to get the big blind out of the hand but the cutoff moved all in over the top for not much more. Helppi quickly called to put his opponent at risk.

Cutoff Player: A964 All in
Juha Helppi: AK86

Helppi was marginally behind but had a flush draw to go along with his middle pair. That draw came in on the turn with the 3 river confirming the pot and knockout for Helppi.

Michael Rocco and Alon Yehudai were seen both putting 11,000 in the middle before the dealer fanned the 544 flop. Rocco jammed for his last 4,500 and Yehudai sigh-called it off.

Alon Yehudai: KQJ9

The 3 turn and 3 river meant Rocco's ace-high was good enough to drag the pot.

Geilich Takes a Hit

Niveau 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A player limped in middle position before Ludovic Geilich raised to 2,500 on the button. The small blind called as did the middle position player to generate three-way action heading to the flop.

All players checked through the J65 flop to the 3 turn where the small blind led out for 5,000. The middle position player quickly got out of the way but Geilich called.

The 5 river was met by two checks with the small blind flipping over KQQ8. Geilich studied his opponent's hand and the board for a moment, then conceded to take a small hit to his stack.
