Cheung Surges Up the Leaderboard
Niveau 28
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Osmin Dardon opened from the cutoff and was three-bet by Robert Cheung in the big blind to 700,000. When the action got back to Dardon, he shoved all in for 3,535,000. Cheung was thinking for quite some time before he eventually decided to make the call which put Dardon at risk.
Osmin Dardon: J♣J♥
Robert Cheung: Q♥Q♦
Dardon was all but dead by the time the K♣8♥Q♠ flop arrived and his elimination was confirmed on the 7♣ turn and 10♥ river.
"Wow. Great call man. Difficult call," remarked Dardon sarcastically as he exited the tournament area.
