Action picked up with the under the gun player all in for 700, Pei Li called the 700 from middle position, and Josiel Cruz three-bet to 3,100 from the big blind. Action was back on Li and he called the three-bet.
Li and Cruz went to the 5♠Q♦7♠ flop and Cruz announced all in. Li thought for a moment before announcing "gamble!" and pushing his chips forward.

The board ran out 4♠10♥ and Li joked that Cruz has made the news for collecting the first bounty. (This is an unverified claim).
Cruz did, however, secure more than double his chips and a $500 bounty.
With approximately 4,500 already in the pot, Pierre Mothes placed a bet of 2,600 on the 8♦A♥K♥10♥ board after his opponent checked. His opponent folded, boosting Mothes' stack.

Today sees the start of Event #51: $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em here at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.
This single-day event gets underway at 10 a.m. local time, with late registration open for 11 levels (until approximately 2:20 p.m.). There will be 20-minute breaks every six levels, and a 60-minute dinner break is scheduled after Level 21 (approx. 6 p.m.). There is no reentry in this event.
The starting stack is 25,000 chips and all levels are 20-minutes long. Each player has a bounty of $500 on their heads. Bounties cannot be redeemed until after 5 p.m. and action will stop when a winner is crowned.
The reigning champion is Pengfei Wang, who defeated Will Linden in heads-up play. It was Wang's first-ever live tournament and he reigned supreme over a field of 2,226 players to claim the lion's share of the $1,858,710 prize pool.
The victory awarded Wang his first WSOP bracelet, along with the $270,700 up top.
"It was my first tournament ever. We sometimes play some private games and sometimes at the casino in Los Angeles for fun," Wang told PokerNews. "We mostly play cash games; I don't really have tournament experience. This time, it was a lot of good luck."
