Brutal River Eliminates Mueller
Niveau 20
Pot-Limit Omaha
John Kabbaj opened to 25,000 from under the gun, Tomasz Gluszko called from the button, and Greg Mueller called from the big blind.
On the 9♣6♥3♠ flop, Mueller led for pot of 90,000, leaving himself just 20,000 behind. Kabbaj folded and Gluszko raised to put Mueller at risk for 110,000.
Greg Mueller: 10♠10♦8♣7♥
Tomasz Gluszko: K♠10♣5♣4♠
Mueller was in great shape against Gluszko's hand but the Q♠ river gave Gluszko more outs.
The river was one of those outs as the K♥ peeled off and Gluszko's pair of kings were enough to eliminate the three-time bracelet winner.
