Wyvill Doubles Up
Niveau 24
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Action picked up with Wesley Wyvill all in out of the big blind for his remaining 1,090,000 against a player who raised in early position and Shi Chen, who was on the button.
The original raiser folded, leaving Chen last to act.
Chen looked at Wyvill for a few moments and then counted out chips from his stack to make the call and put Wyvill at risk.
Wesley Wyvill: Q♥Q♣
Shi Chen: J♠J♦
Wyvill was ahead of Chen before the flop and it remained that way when the dealer fanned A♦7♥3♠ on the flop.
The 10♠ on the turn and 10♣ on the river gave Wyvill the win and full double.
