John Smith Eliminated in 5th Place ($86,000)
Niveau 47
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 0 ante
Darius Samual limped on button and John Smith checked his option in the big bind.
Smith checked to Samual on the 3♠K♠8x flop and he bet 100,000, Smith shoved all in for approximately 400,000 and Samual called to put Smith at risk.
John Smith: J♥8♣
Darius Samual: A♣K♦
Smith would need some help with his pair of eights against Samual’s kings, but the 9♥ turn and 6♥ river bricked out for Smith, who was eliminated in the final match of the day.
