Mintzy Squeezes Out His Opponents

Action folded to a player in the cutoff, and he raised to 33,000. A player on the button called, before Benjamin "Mintzy" Mintz put in a three-bet to 130,000. The player on the cutoff gave it some thought but mucked his hand, as did the button, to give the pot to Mintz.

Mintz took another pot to continue his impressive start to Day 2.

When action folded to Darrell Swain in the cutoff, he raised all in for 155,000. The player on the button made the call, and both the blinds folded. The players were heads up with Swain at risk.

Swain was ahead with his pocket threes, but when the flop came 78K, Swain needed help to stay in the tournament. When the turn brought the 3, Swain left his opponent drawing dead and the 4 on the river gave Swain the double up.
