Bluff Gets Through for Eldridge
Niveau 33
: Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
David Eldridge limped on the button holding J♥4♣3♣2♦ and Brian Rast checked his option in the big blind with K♠Q♦8♠6♠.
Action checked through the 3♠Q♣8♦ flop to the A♣ turn at which point Rast checked again. Eldridge bet 1,500,000 and Rast made the call.
Rast checked once more following the A♠ river. Eldridge decided to try and steal the pot with a bluff, sizing to 5,500,000. That sent Rast into the tank but he emerged having decided on a fold to reward Eldridge's bluff.
