The All-Ins Keep Coming
Daewoong Song was on a short stack under the gun with 250,000 chips and went all in. Action folded to Satoshi Tanaka on the button, who three-bet all in for around 1,200,000. Sean Spector was in the small blind and was the third player to push all his chips in for a call. He had around 1,100,000 chips. Kaihung Hu was the big stack at the table and thought for a while before making the call.
Daewoong Song: J♥3♦
Sean Spector: Q♥Q♣
Satoshi Tanaka: 10♠10♦
Kaihung Hu: A♥K♦
Hu was excited to see he was in decent shape with the two overcards, while Tanaka still had high hopes for his tens.
The flop came A♦J♠7♦, putting Hu in the lead and giving Song middle pair.
The turn J♦ turning the worst hand the best hand. Hu had outs with the nut diamond draw and the other two players were drawing thin.
The river was the 8♥, giving Song the lock on the main pot, while Hu also took down an even bigger side pot for the elimination of Spector and Tanaka.
