Engel Secures Payjump, then Exits
Niveau 34
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Ari Engel limped from the small blind and Mason Maeshiro raised him to 1,400,000. Engel the tanked for a good while, watching the clock as the players were on a significant pay jump. Once he heard the call for a payout on a neighboring table, he three-bet to 7,500,000 which left him around 350,000 behind.
Maeshiro just called, and the two players went to the flop of 10♦J♣2♣. Engel checked, Maeshiro bet to put him all in, and Engel called.
Ari Engel: A♣9♥
Mason Maeshiro: Q♠Q♣
Engel would need some help to stay alive, but the runout of 7♠3♣ changed nothing and he was sent to the payout desk.
