Fresnais Doubles With Quad Queens
Niveau 36
: Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
After some back-and-forth betting, Francisco Gonzalez Robles moved all in to cover Herve Fresnais, who called to put his tournament life at risk.
Herve Fresnais: Q♠Q♣
Francisco Gonzalez Robles: A♠10♣
If Fresnais was at all worried about going into this hand, that quickly changed as it came Q♥7♣6♠10♠Q♦ to give him quads to take down the pot.
"If there were ever a time for a Frenchman to show a reaction, it would be for quads," Tablemate Martin Zamani joked as Fresnais showed no emotion while stacking his new chips.
