Joshua Feiger opened the action with a raise to 1,500 from early position. The hijack three-bet to 4,500 and Feiger called.
The hijack continued for 4,000 on a rainbow K♥Q♣9♦ flop before Feiger bumped it up to 11,000. The hijack frustratingly let his hand go as Feiger added to his mountain of chips.
The board read Q♠10♠J♠7♣5♥ on the river. From the button, Denys Chufarin bet 20,000 into a pot of 22,000 to put the decision on Junpei Shimada in the hijack.
Shimada studied the board for quite some time before he elected to call.
Chufarin tabled the 6♠5♠ for the baby flush which was good as Shimada showed his beaten A♠Kx broadway straight that was one card away from the royal flush.
Under the gun opened the action with a raise to 1,200. A player in early position three-bet to 4,500 and Lou Garza cold called the raise from the button.
Early position continued for 7,000 on 9♠K♥3♥ and Garza made the call.
Early position checked the Q♠ turn over to Garza who fired 13,000. Early position called.
The river 2♥ rolled off and Garza wagered 26,000 but after a short tank, his opponent folded.
Junpei Shimada opened to 1,400 from middle position and was three-bet to 3,300 by the player in the cutoff. Michael Mizrachi made it 7,300 to go on the button, which got a fold from Shimada, but a call from the cutoff.
It was checked to Mizrachi on the 2♥4♦5♠ flop and Mizrachi bet 5,000. His opponent check-raised enough to put Mizrachi all in for 15,700 total and Mizrachi quickly called.

With two players seeing a board of K♣7♣4♠2♠ and about 12,500 in the middle, Jolene Le checked from the small blind and Emile Schiff bet 9,500 from early position. Le put in a check-raise to 26,000 and Schiff moved all in, covering Le who had a bit under 50,000 behind. Le thought for about a minute before folding and Schiff took the pot without showdown.
A player in early position limped in before Lander Lijo raised to 2,600 in the hijack. Jim Bechtel called in the cutoff, while the early-position player folded.
Lijo bet 3,200 on the 6♥3♥10♣ flop and Bechtel called. Both players then checked the 9♠ turn.
Lijo bet another 4,000 on the 8♣ river and Bechtel this time came back with a raise to 15,000. Lijo tanked for several minutes before calling.
Bechtel showed K♥K♠, but Lijo had A♦A♥ as he won the pot off the 1993 Main Event champion.
Roei Siman Tov moved all in for his last 9,400 from middle position and was looked up by Jonathan Wong, in the small blind.
