The 10♣ river saw Hu check once more. After some time, Trivett checked back but quickly mucked after Hu announced "straight flush" as he turned over J♣9♣. Sanford is fortunate be playing in this main event as he just finished chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer and is currently playing against doctors wishes. But he said that he can not guarantee he will ever have another chance to play this tournament, which has been a bucket list for him for many years so he is making the most of the time he has now.
