The player in the hijack shoved for his last 14,000 and it was folded to Brent Hanks on the button, who also went all in for more. Everyone else got out of the way and a showdown was held.

Hijack: A8All in
Brent Hanks: AK

The 53K flop left Hanks' opponent all but drawing dead and the 710 runout confirmed the knockout to send the pot Hanks' way.

"It's been a rough one, but we're still alive," Hanks said after collecting the pot.

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

There was a large pot of 90,000 in the middle already on a flop of Q58. The button bet 55,000 and Albert Luna was in early position as he jammed all in for 143,000.

The button went into a deep tank as the shove was for over 90% of his chips. After a solid 3 minutes, he decided to call.

Button: KK All in
Albert Luna: AA

The turn was the 4 and the river the 10 as Luna gathered the huge pot.

The next hand he collected another one with a 20,000 value bet on the end with AxKx on a king high board which got a call as his chio surge continued.

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Hon Cheong "Ivan" Lee raised to 3,500 from an early position and the small blind three-bet to 11,000. Lee then jammed and the small blind asked for a count.

"Around thirty five," Lee responded and his shove was counted to be for 39,500. The small blind called with the AK and had "two flush draws" against Lee's AK.

Both chopped it up after a board of A724J and the small blind bemoaned "why can't you have kings?"

Boucher Doubles Off Leng at the "Funnest Table of the Day"

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Matthew Bretzfield raised to 3,000 in early position and Ryan Leng called in middle position. Mathieu Boucher then three-bet to 13,000 in the hijack and both Bretzfield and Leng called.

"I was in the big blind," Day added, trying to join in on the action of the last pot.

"You came across the funnest table of the day," another tablemate added.

Wong Wakes Up With Aces

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Eric Wong three-bet to 5,500 in the hijack before the small blind reraised to 15,000. Another player in early position then moved all in for 48,000, Wong reshoved, and the small blind folded.

All-In Player: QQ All in
Eric Wong: AA

The at-risk player was far behind Wong's two aces as the flop came J83. The J turn was no help, while Wong improved to a full house on the A river to send his opponent to the rail.

"You saved me. I was probably calling him," the small blind told Wong after the hand.
