Eibinger Steals a Small One from Ju

Samuel Ju, in the small blind, checked the action to Matthias Eibinger, in the hijack. Eibinger thought for some time before betting out for 25,000, earning a quick fold, and this small pot, from Ju.

Yagudaev Approaching 500,000 chips

The hijack opened up the action with a raise to 12,000 before Steve Yagudaev three-bet to 26,000 from the button. The hijack player moved all in for 231,400 and Yagudaev made the call.

The flop gave no help to Yagudaev after the dealer put out 1075 but the turn K smacked the felt and Yagudaev jumped way in the lead. The river 10 completed the elimination and Yagudaev dragged in a pile of chips.

Rapoport Finds Fortune with Ladies

Picking up the action partway through the hand, Jordan Rapoport in the big blind was all in against Felipe Varisco from under the gun and Young Eum in middle position. Eum had both of his opponents covered with Varisco the shortest of the three stacks.

Rapoport was in good shape with his opponents' hands blocking each other. The 564Q2 runout improved him to a set to hand Rapoport more than a double while sending Varisco to the rail and putting a dent in Eum's stack.

Action appeared on the river with the board reading 395JQ. From middle position, Mauro Ferreira fired 55,000. Craig Trost was on the button and raised to 125,000.

Ferreira took his time to think it through before he eventually folded and Trost took the chips.

Michael Gathy, in the big blind, checked the action to Manpreet Bal, who was under the gun. Bal bet out 20,000. Gathy responded with a raise to approximately 95,000; a considerable proportion of his stack with just 32,000 behind the line.

Bal went deep into the tank before finally electing to make the call. Gathy tabled 85, while the two pair of Bal, holding K8, took down this pot.
