Picking up the action partway through the hand, Charles Russell in the big blind was involved in a hand with Amir Minagar in late position.

Russell had a bet of 350,000 in front of him and called fairly quickly after Minagar moved all in.

Both players checked the 8♥ turn and the 7♠ fell on the river. Sopotnytskyi then bet another 475,000.

Safar spent a few moments shuffling around his chips before sliding them all forward, a bet totaling 1,255,000. Sopotnytskyi instantly leaned back in his seat and let out a deep sigh as he stared at the ceiling.

He eventually turned back toward the table and buried his head in his hands before folding as Safar took down the pot.
