Hand #143: Niklas Astedt 10♦9♦ raised to 6,000,000 and took down the pot.

Hand #144: Jordan Griff raised to 6,000,000 with K♥Q♦ and Boris Angelov called out of the big blind with 8♦6♦. The flop brought 9♣6♥3♦ and they both checked to the 4♠ turn. Angelov now bet 6,000,000 and Griff reluctantly called to see the K♦ turn. Once Angelov checked, Griff bet 20,000,000 and sent his opponent into the tank.

Angelov eventually folded and Griff raised his fist in celebration to the rail once more.

Hand #145: Jason Sagle pushed all-in for 38,500,000 with 5♠5♦ on the button and Niklas Astedt in the big blind glanced at his cards, then shook his head and folded 5♣2♠.

Hand #138: Niklas Astedt opened to 6,000,000 from under the gun with A♠K♥ and was called only by Boris Angelov in the big blind with 5♥5♦. The flop came K♦10♥9♦. Angelov checked and sent the cards into the muck after Astedt continued for 5,000,000.

Hand #139: Down to just 20,000,000 and on the button, Jason Sagle moved all-in with A♣J♦. Angelov in the small blind reshoved for 47,000,000 with K♠J♥and Astedt folded in the big blind.

The Bulgarian rail started chanting for a king before the flop came Q♣9♦9♠. Nothing changed with the 8♥ turn and the Canadian rail with yellow bird shirts exploded when the A♦ river confirmed Sagle's double-up.

Hand #140: A walk for Jordan Griff in the big blind with 3♥3♦

Hand #141: Angelov checked his short stack and then raised Q♣J♣ to 13,000,000, claiming the blinds and big blind ante.

Hand #142: Angelov used the same open-raise for a big portion of his stack with 9♠9♣, as he raised it up to 15,000,000 with slightly more than that behind. He got through the blinds again to chip up further.

Life Outside Poker is a new podcast for PokerNews hosted by Connor Richards that seeks to pull back the curtain on poker players and allow viewers and listeners to get to know them on a personal level.

In the 12th episode, Connor speaks with actress and conservationist Shannon Elizabeth on the 25th anniversary of American Pie, in which she played the iconic role of Nadia. Elizabeth talked about her roles in films like Scary Movie and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, playing poker with the cast of That '70s Show, finishing third in the 2007 NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship and taking part in Phil Hellmuth's 2024 WSOP Main Event entrance.

Elizabeth also spoke about her conservation efforts in South Africa through the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation, including caring for and providing a sanctuary for a blind black rhino named Munu.

Hand #135: Astedt raised the button to 6,000,000 with K♦3♠ and Griff called in the small blind with Q♥Q♦, then checked the Q♣9♠9♥ flop. Astedt checked back as they headed to the 8♣ on the turn. Griff checked again quickly and Astedt knuckled it back.

The river brought the J♠ and Griff bet 18,000,000 to force out Astedt with his flopped full house.

Hand #129: Boris Angelov made it 6,500,000 to go with K♣Q♦ and took down the pot, much to the delight of his Bulgarian rail.

Hand #130: The action folded to Jonathan Tamayo in the small blind A♠A♥ and his raise to 7,500,000 won the pot.

Hand #131: Niklas Astedt opened to 6,000,000 with A♠8♥ and all opponents folded.

Hand #132: Astedt J♠8♠ raised to 6,000,000 for the second hand in a row. Jordan Griff flat-called from the next seat with 7♠7♥and Angelov defended the big blind with A♦8♦. The trio headed to the 9♦2♦2♠ flop on which Angelov checked, as did Astedt. Griff bet 7,500,000 and Angelov called while Astedt folded.

The 5♣ followed on the turn and Angelov checked once more, Griff checked it back and both saw the Q♠ river for free. Angelov was first to show his hand for ace-high and Griff won the pot with two pair — sevens and deuces.

Hand #133: Angelov pushed for 50,000,000 with A♠5♣ in the small blind and Astedt asked for a count before reluctantly folding 4♠4♦.

Hand #127: Jordan Griff raised to 6,000,000 from under the gun with A♣K♠ and Niklas Astedt defended the big blind with K♦5♣ to a flop of Q♠10♦8♣. Both players checked to the 9♣ turn on which Astedt led for 4,500,000. Griff went into a brief tank before he raised it up to 10,500,000, Astedt folded.

Hand #128: Astedt limped the small blind with A♦7♦ and Griff 8♣5♣ checked to the A♣3♦2♠ flop. Astedt bet 3,000,000 and Griff called as they headed to the 7♣ on the turn. The Swede now sized up to 12,000,000 and Griff called after some consideration.

The board paired with the 7♥ river and Astedt bet 40,000,000 into a pot of 39,000,000. Griff laid down his hand and Astedt pulled further ahead again.

Hand #122: Tamayo made it 6,000,000 to go from under the gun with 10♥10♦ and Andres Gonzalez three-bet to 15,000,000 holding the A♣K♣. Niklas Astedt folded the 7♥7♣ out of the small blind and Jordan Griff cold four-bet to 30,000,000 in the big blind with A♦K♦ and Tamayo quickly folded. Gonzalez went deep into the tank and folded, after which Griff raised his hand in celebration towards his rail.

Hand #123: Astedt entered his first pot after the break and took it down with an open raise to 6,000,000 on the button with 9♠7♥.

Hand #124: Jason Sagle pushed all-in for 35,000,000 K♥Q♠ and took the blinds.

Hand #125: Griff raised to 6,000,000 and Tamayo three-bet jammed for 118,000,000 on the button with A♠K♠ to win the pot without resistance.
