Nirens Makes a Straight
Niveau 2
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
The pot stood at approximately 8,000 with two players negotiating a full board of 10♠9♠5♦Q♦J♥.
The small blind led out for 4,000, a considerable portion of their stack with just 5,000 behind the line. Dave Nirens, in the hijack, went deep into the tank, eventually making the call.
The small blind instantly mucked his cards, while Nirens rolled over K♣10♣ having made a straight.
