Rezaei Hits a Full House For the Double-Up
Niveau 39
: Blinds 800,000/1,600,000, 1,600,000 ante
Daniel Rezaei was in the middle position with a short stack to start the hand and put 6,000,000 chips in the middle, leaving himself with only 700,000 behind. Panagiotis Mavritsakis was on the button and re-raised all in. It folded back to Rezaei and he called.
Daniel Rezaei: K♣6♣
Panagiotis Mavritsakis: A♥J♠
Mavritsakis was ahead before the flop, which was 3♦Q♠K♦, giving Rezai the advantage with top pair.
That it was not Rezaei’s time to go home just yet, was confirmed on the K♥ turn and 6♠ river, which gave him a full house and the pot.
