Jon Kyte raised to 1,000 from the small blind after some limps. Vanessa Selbst called from the big blind, Scott Seiver came along from under the gun, as did Michael Rocco in the hijack.
On the Q♦8♠5♦ flop, the action checked to Seiver who bet 2,000 and only Kyte called.
The turn was the A♣. Kyte led from the small blind for 4,000 and Seiver quickly called.
The 4♠ fell on the river and the action checked through quickly.
Kyte announced ace-five for two pair which was no good against the Q♥J♦8♥8♣ of Seiver who raked in a modest pot early in the day.
