Goldberg Makes Right Call

Niveau 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Three players were on a flop of Q9Q. Fred Goldberg bet 35,000 Ryan Leng called and the third player in the hand folded.

The turn came the 3. Both players checked to the 2 river. Leng fired 86,000. Goldberg took a few moments before he called.

Leng tabled the J10 for jack high which Goldberg beat with K9 to take the pot and move close to a million.

Tang Survives First Post Bubble Shove

Niveau 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

After surviving the bubble with a short stack Jason Tang was ready to make a move and moved all in from the hijack for 25,000 and received an obligatory call from the big blind.

Big blind: Q3

The board ran in favor of Tang with JA464 and he received a nice double to his stack with his two pair.

Brunelle Rakes in a Post Bubble Pot

Niveau 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Jeff Brunelle raised from the cutoff to 17,000 and both blinds made the call. The flop came out with Q68 and Brunelle made the continuation bet of 27,000 and only the big blind came for the turn.

The turn 5 saw a check from both players.

On the river 9 both players checked again and the big blind tabled K8 for a pair of eights and Brunelle tabled QJ for a pair of queens and the win.

Three Players Bust on the Stone Bubble

There was three all in and calls on seperate tables when the bubble burst.

First hand:

Dusti Smith was in the small blind and called an all in from an early position player for around 18,000.

The floor held the runout until all all-in's were confirmed, and the players then proceeded to flip their cards.

Pre-flop, the opponent was looking strong, but the double sevens on the 727 flop put Smith way ahead.

The 3 9 runout didn't save the opponent, and he was part of a three player bubble.

Second hand:

The second hand was an all in and call between the big blind and Oleksii Kravchuk called from middle position. Both players revealed their hands.

The board ran out 7102A9 for Kravchuk to take the pot.

Third hand:

A few tables down, The flop was the 86Q. An all in and call had occurred between the small blind and Mir Kohyar Gaskari from the cutoff. Both players revealed their hands.

The board completed 2K to send the small blind to the rail.

As three players busted within the same hand to put the tournament into the money, they all split a portion of the min cash of $6,006. All remaining players are guaranteed at least that much money with $1,041,989 sitting aside for the eventual winner.

Clotar Dramatically Hits River on Bubble

All the hands had been completed and the attention was on the at risk stack of Paul Klotar.

Klotar pulled out his phone to record the $6,006 run out. The flop came 899. The turn was the 6 and the river was a dramatic Q to save Clotar and keep the bubble going.

Kornuth Jams on Afriat

Niveau 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Action arrived on the river and the board read 710Q8A with a pot of close to 100,000 in it.

Eric Afriat bet 45,000 form the small blind. Chance Kornuth was in middle position and jammed all in to force Afriat to decide for his entire stack with the field close to the bubble.

Afriat took his time but eventually laid it down.
