Action folded around to the small blind who raised to 1,000. Elias Kolsun re-raised from the big blind to 1,500 and his opponent called.
K♣8♠7♣ and Kolsun led out for 500 before getting raised to 1,000. He stuck around for a turn card which brought in the 9♠.
His opponent bet 1,000 which he raised to 2,000 and the small blind made the call.
The 9♣ river and Kolsun bet 1,000 but his opponent raised to 2,000. Kolsun called and his opponent said, "You're good." Kolsun flipped over J♥10♠ for a sizeable pot.

Just before the dinner break, a friendly rivalry formed when Erik Mason blind bet flop, turn and river with Q♦Q♣ on a board that read J♦5♥4♣7♦6♠ only to be raised by Greg Back who showed the K♦8♦ after he was called. Mason chirped up that Back was just in the tournament for the free drinks.
After returning from dinner break the two battled once more, just moments after Back spilled his drink.
Mason raised from the small blind and was called by Back in the big blind. Again, Mason had a bet loaded for every street on K♦8♠7♦10♥K♥ but when he showed the 9♣8♣ for two-pair, Back declared three of a kind and showed K♠2♠.
Mason made mention that Back was running hot and Back grumbled in agreement.

Johnny Elliott limped from under the gun and Jesse Sylvia raised from the hijack and the button and Elliott both called.
The flop came out with 6♥4♦Q♣ Sylvia checked, the button bet and Elliott called. Sylvia put in a three-bet and both players called.
On the turn 10♠ Elliott took the betting lead, Sylvia folded and the button called.
No action happened on the river K♦ and Elliott flipped over 6♠6♣ for the set and the button mucked.

Action started with a raise to 1,000 from under the gun. The hijack three-bet to 1,500 before Raul Paez four-bet from the big blind to 2,000. Both opponents called and went to a flop.
A♠6♦2♦ was good enough for Paez to bet throwing out 500 which only under the gun called.
The 4♣ on the turn allowed Paez to seek more value, wagering 1,000 which under the gun called again.
An 8♣ river and Paez bet again for 1,000 which his opponent called. He tabled A♣K♣ and raked in a nice pot.

Elliot checked the K♣7♥Q♦ flop and then called Sylvia's 500 bet.
The turn was the Q♠ and action checked through.
Elliot bet 1,000 on a K♠ river and Sylvia called. Elliot tabled K♥J♦, which was good enough to win the pot from Sylvia.

The river 8♥ allowed Maier to go for value again with another bet of 1,000 which his opponent called. Maier turned over A♠K♦ and it was the winner.
